En medium scale chicken nuggets production line has capacity of 500 kg/h to 800kg/h. This line has process of meat patty forming, flouring or breading, and frying. Equipment used in whole line are patty forming machine, battering machine, flour coating machine or breading machine, continuous frying machine.

1. 400 Patty Mold Machine
400 automatic patty forming machine can automatically perform various procedures such as meat filling, forming and outputting. The forming machine can be used together with the battering machine, breading machine, continuous fryer machine, freezer and packing machine, etc. It has features of high production capacity and stable quality.
Our forming machine adopts 4 screw feeding to reduce the shearing of raw materials, with the characteristics of high output and stable quality. Different molds can be used to produce products with different shapes (round, square, oval, triangle, heart and other special shapes).

2. Dip Battering Machine

3. Flour Coating Machine

4. 6.5m Continuous Fryer Line
The continuous frying line adopts an oil-water mixed residue filtering structure and a full-oil longitudinal scraping or side scraping system, and frequency conversion speed regulation.
During frying, the residue of the fried food sinks into the water below the oil tank. The residue will not form carbon and can be discharged through the drain valve together with the water.
At the same time, a large amount of edible oil contained in the residue returns to the oil layer after oil-water separation. In this way, the oil life cycle is greatly extended, the oil consumption is reduced, and the oil-saving effect is very obvious.
The fried food has better color, aroma and taste, and the appearance is also cleaner and more beautiful.
The machine is equipped with a lifting system that can lift the conveyor to an appropriate height, making it extremely convenient to clean and repair the machine. It is suitable for users whose frying time is between 15 seconds and 8 minutes.

Batidora
