On June 27, our 500KG chicken nugget processing line successfully exported to Mexico. This is our first chicken production line in Mexico. Thanks to our customer, It is our first step to successfully enter the Mexico Market. Our company attaches great importance to the quality of products and aims to create an demonstration project.

The customer owns an online supermarket that sells a variety of food products, one of which is chicken nuggets. Our engineers provided a product upgrade plan suitable for the customer based on the factory drawings, heating methods, and other specific needs. The custom 500kg chicken nugget processing line exported to Mexico includes: meat grinder, patty forming machine, battering machine, flour coating machine, continuous frying machine and packaging machine. The customer is very satisfied.

During the production process, we follow up the details and progress of the production to the customer in a timely. After the production is completed, the entire line is tested online with our customer. Only after the test machine meets the customer’s satisfaction, it will be shipped to Mexico.
