It can be connected with a battering machine, a flour coating machine, a frying machine, a quick-freezing machine, and a packaging machine to form a fully automatic food production line, such as chicken nugget production line, fish nugget production line, fish finger productionline and so on.

The automatic burger maker can automatically produce tridimensional shapes such as chicken legs shape, fish shapes, nuggets etc. It is fit to mold pieces of meat or minced meat, semi solid dough, potato, vegetables, fish dough, or any moldable product, and prepared for molding by a stuff.

Process of Automatic Burger Maker

The Automatic Burger Maker can form single patties or double patties. When the forming machine mold feed port is turned upward, the meat material in the hopper is pressed into the mold cavity by the meat slurry pressure to form. When the mold feed port is turned downward, the formed meat patties are pushed out by the mold inside the mold and fall onto the conveyor belt for output, forming a processing cycle.
